Purchasing Originals or Limited Edition Fine Art Prints?

 

What are Fine Art Prints?

All Prints are available as “EXCLUSIVE LIMITED EDITION” Fine Art Prints. No more than 75 signed and numbered prints of each piece, (all sizes combined) will ever be produced. This will give a higher value to your investment compared with prints that are available in much larger quantities.

Do you do custom sizes?

Yes. There are presently only the 4 most popular image sizes available via the shopping cart (12″x16″, 18″x24″, 20″x30″ and 30″x40″). We are able to offer custom sizing on nearly all of our pieces. Please contact us for your size requirements and budget. Real image sizes can vary, due to the aspect ratio of each image. If the aspect ratio of an image is considerably different than the one stated in the menu, you would be contacted to approve the purchase.

What is Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?

Every Limited Edition Print, and/or original artwork purchased will come with personally signed Certificate of Authenticity. A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is an official document that includes several details about the artwork:
– Name of Artwork
– Location
– Date of Capture/Creation (Month and Year)
– Details on where signature of the artist is located on the artwork itself
– Print/Original Size
– Prints are numbered and signed exactly like your Fine Art Print by the artist (Originals excluded).

What are the shipping costs in U.S., Canada and Internationally?

All orders are currently shipped free within the U.S. and Canada. We must, however, charge shipping fees for internationally shipped purchases; please contact us to request a shipping quote for your country. Prints are shipped using UPS (a shipping service that provides fast, safe & guaranteed services) All prints are usually sent within 2-4 weeks of the purchase date. All prints-only purchases are carefully shipped in a durable high quality environmental friendly tube for maximum protection. Special Rush Delivery is available at a cost and are sent within the same week. Please contact us for an estimate.

Are there taxes?

All orders sent to a Canadian address are subject to taxes according to provincial and federal tax rules, we are required by law to do so. There are no taxes for orders sent to the United States or to any other International Address.

We are so confident that you will be pleased with the quality of your investment that we offer a full “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed” policy on all prints sold. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it undamaged within a week of receipt. A full refund (not including return postage) will be sent to you after quality control inspection.

What if my art arrives damaged?

We will promptly resolve the situation. Please document the damaged packaging with clear pictures, and contact us right away. Upon reviewing the damages, we will ask you tu cut the picture with scissors and send it back to us in an envelop. This will protect us against fraud. As soon as we receive the envelop, we will replace at no charge any print that has been damaged in transit. This rarely happens as we take all necessary precautions to make sure your investment arrives safely.
